Please reserve the shuttle service at least 24 hours before check-in by calling the location directly at 832-352-9580. Advance reservation is REQUIRED for the complimentary shuttle service.
When reserving the shuttle, the location will provide a time window for your arrival. Upon arriving, please drive to the front office at 2115 Terminal Dr, Galveston, and call 832-352-9580 to confirm your arrival. A staff member will greet you and guide you to the gated lot where your vehicle will be parked, the shuttle will then meet you directly at your car for pickup.
Any booking made on the same day of travel or within 24 hours of arrival will be charged a $25 shuttle fee per vehicle. This fee covers up to 4 passengers.
The shuttle operates daily from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with departures every hour.
