How and when do I pay?
We do require payment at the time the reservation is made. For some parking lots, you may prepay only a portion of the total at the time you submit the reservation; any remaining balance is then paid directly at the parking lot. Other parking lots require payment in full when you submit the reservation through our website. This information will be displayed on the checkout page and on your reservation receipt.

To make your trip as smooth as possible, there are a few important details to remember:


- You must show your reservation receipt to the lot's cashier to receive credit for your online payment. Failure to do so will not result in a refund, and you may be charged a higher rate. The balance is typically due upon return, but some locations will collect the balance on arrival. Also, some lots may have more specific procedures for checking out; please refer to your reservation receipt for more information.

- If a schedule change results in your being parked longer than indicated on your reservation, you will be charged the difference by the lot upon departure.

- There may be a service fee. This enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping and customer support. Please review the payment information on the checkout page.

- Most of our parking partners accept cash and major credit cards. To avoid any inconvenience, please read the information provided about each parking lot before reserving.

What Taxes and Fees Will I Pay?
Taxes, fees, or other surcharges may be added to the daily rate - these fees are imposed by the state, city or town, and/or airport authority. While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate of these charges on your Reservation Receipt, the actual total may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot.

ParkingNearAirports.io may also charge a Service Fee, which enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping and customer support. This information will be included on the checkout page and also on your reservation receipt.
How is the total calculated?

The total displayed on the checkout page is based on the dates and times you entered. Some lots calculate their rate in 24-hour increments, starting at the time your car enters the lot. Other lots calculate their rate by calendar day, which means that each individual date your car is parked will be counted as a full day.

Any applicable taxes and fees will be included in the total - you can click on the blue dot/question mark next to the Tax & Fees line on the checkout page to see an itemized breakdown. While we do our best to provide an accurate tax estimate, the actual total may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot.

Please remember that the total shown on your receipt is based on the information you entered. Any change to your itinerary may affect the final balance.

Is my prepaid deposit refundable?

Please refer to your reservation receipt for the cancellation policy that applies to your specific reservation.

In many instances, you may cancel your reservation for a full refund (including the service fee) within the first 24 hours after your reservation was originally submitted. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be refunded the service fee. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date/time.

Are there any hidden fees?

We list all charges clearly on the checkout page and Reservation Receipt so you'll know what to expect. However, there are a few factors that can cause these amounts to change.

- If a schedule change results in your being parked longer than indicated on your reservation, you will be charged the difference by the lot upon departure.

- You must show your reservation receipt to the lot's cashier to receive credit for your online payment. Failure to do so will not result in a refund, and you may be billed at a higher rate.

- We do our best to provide an accurate estimate of any taxes, fees, or surcharges imposed by the parking authority, but these may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot.

Why do i have to pay a service fee?

The Service Fee enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping and customer support. This information will be included on the checkout page and also on your reservation receipt.

Why can't I pay the whole amount ahead of time?

While some of our Parking Partners allow customers to pay the full cost of the reservation in advance, many prefer to have customers prepay only a portion of the total and then pay the remaining balance directly to the lot. The checkout page will reflect which option is offered for the lot you selected.

Why can't the parking lot bill the balance to the credit card I used for the reservation?

In the interest of protecting the security of your payment information, ParkingNearAirports.io does not transmit your credit card information to the parking lot. You will need to present a form of payment at the lot when paying any remaining balance. Be sure to have a copy of your Reservation Receipt available for the cashier.

Will I be charged in US or Canadian funds?

For those parking lots located in the United States, all quotes and charges are billed in US dollars.

For our Canadian parking partners, all quotes are listed in CAD. The prepaid (“Pay Now”) amount will be billed in US dollars, while any remaining balance will be billed in CAD at the lot. Changes in the exchange rate and fees imposed by your credit card may result in a small difference between the deposit amount quoted and the final amount charged to your card.

I already have a reservation and just received a Coupon Code. Can I still use it?

Coupon Codes can be used on new reservations only and cannot be applied retroactively. We encourage you to subscribe to our email newsletter and/or follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ and keep an eye out for Coupon Codes in the weeks before your next trip, so you’ll have one handy when you’re ready to reserve.

Can I use my Groupon/parking lot coupon for this reservation?

Each parking lot’s management provides the rate information that is displayed on our website, which may be lower than the usual rate for ‘drive-up’ customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any other coupons, offers, discounts, or promotions. Also, special offers through deal-of-the-day websites (i.e. Groupon, Amazon Local, Living Social, etc.) cannot be combined with reservations made through our website.

Why is it cheaper on the parking lot's website?

While the rates available on ParkingNearAirports.io are usually lower than those offered by the parking lot directly, our Parking Partners may change their rates at any time. But it's important to remember that having a guaranteed reservation means not having to worry about not being able to find a spot on the day of your flight, and that's worth a lot!

The lot charged me more even though I had my receipt and didn't stay any longer than I reserved. What should I do?

If you have a question about the amount you were charged by the parking lot, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with Customer Service. We will contact the parking lot on your behalf and ask them to review your billing. You may also contact the parking lot directly at the telephone number provided on your Reservation Receipt.

I didn't have my Reservation Receipt and was charged full price. What should I do?

Presenting a copy of your Reservation Receipt is required in order to guarantee the rate on your reservation. If you were charged a higher rate because you did not show a copy of your Reservation Receipt to the cashier, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with Customer Service. We will contact the parking lot on your behalf and ask for an adjustment; however, we cannot guarantee that they will accommodate this request. You may also contact the parking lot directly at the telephone number provided on your Reservation Receipt.

Does ParkingNearAirports.io own and operate the parking lots?

No, ParkingNearAirports.io does not own or operate any of the parking lots on our website. We simply facilitate the reservation process, which allows customers to compare rates, services, and reviews before choosing the best parking lot for their needs.

How do I know that my reservation is guaranteed?

We work closely with our Parking Partners to guarantee your reservation, sending daily reports that detail when each customer is scheduled to arrive. Each parking lot’s management is responsible for monitoring their own inventory levels and for notifying us when there is a change in their capacity. Your name and reservation information will be listed on the parking lot's departures report that is sent shortly after midnight on the day of your flight departure. Our Parking Partners also have 24/7 access to their reservation information through their online account.

Please note that you must provide a copy of your Reservation Receipt to the cashier at the lot as proof of your payment.

Do parking lots sell out?

Yes, parking lots frequently sell out! Traveler volume can increase for all kinds of reasons -- from holidays and school breaks to conventions and weather events -- and in some places, there simply isn't enough real estate to allow ample space for parking. It's a common occurrence and one of the best reasons to reserve airport parking in advance!

What do "Sold Out" and "Unavailable" mean?

If you see a "Sold Out" button in place of the usual "Park Here" button, that parking lot does not have any more spaces available through ParkingNearAirports.io for your selected dates.

An "Unavailable" notation means that parking lot is currently not accepting reservations through ParkingNearAirports.com We include the listing for informational purposes, so you can compare rates and services with other parking lots in the area.

What if there are no parking lots listed at my airport?

There are a few airports we currently do not serve. However, we are always working on adding new Parking Partners, so please feel free to use the Contact Us page to let us know which airport and parking lot you would like to see. We will do our very best to make it happen in the future!

Do I have to make a reservation online to park?

Just like you wouldn't arrive at an airport without a ticket, or at a hotel without a room reservation, it's always best to have an airport parking reservation before you head to the parking lot. By making a reservation, you'll often get a lower rate than you would otherwise, and you won't have to worry about being turned away if the lot is sold out.

What is the rate without a reservation?

The rate without a reservation, or ‘drive-up rate,’ varies widely depending on the parking lot and date/time of your arrival. Parking lots often change the drive-up rate based on availability and volume. One of the benefits of making a reservation is that your rate is guaranteed and ‘locked in’, so even if the ‘drive-up rate’ goes up, you’ll pay the rate shown on your Reservation Receipt.

Can I make a reservation to park at the actual airport?

ParkingNearAirports.io specializes in off-airport parking and does not facilitate reservations for the airport’s own parking lots. However, we may list rates for those lots to better enable our customers to compare prices and features.

How do the parking lot reviews work?

We are proud to feature hundreds of thousands of parking lot reviews on our website, allowing our customers to make an informed decision when choosing a parking lot. Our customers receive an email inviting them to write a review upon completion of their reservation. A check mark next to a review indicates it was written by a 'verified customer,' meaning someone who completed an ParkingNearAirports.io reservation at that parking lot. However, anyone is free to submit a review by clicking the 'Write a Review' button on the parking lot page.

Due to the sheer volume of reviews we receive, we are unable to publish every submission, and all reviews are subject to moderation and approval.

Do you have a Mobile App?

Unfortunately, we do not have an available app at this time, although we hope to add that option in the future.

How does ParkingNearAirports.io use my email address?

Your email address and telephone number are used for communicating with you about your reservation. You will receive your Reservation Receipt and other important communications by email. We will never sell your email address to anyone.

How often does the shuttle run?

Shuttle hours and frequency vary by location. Some shuttles run 24 hours a day at specific intervals, while others may have more limited hours of operation. Please check the information displayed on each lot's page for additional details.

What happens after I click 'Complete Reservation'?

After clicking "Complete Reservation," please be patient; it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed; an additional copy will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Your receipt contains all the information you'll need to park, including:

- Departure airport

- Parking lot name, address, phone number, and directions

- Scheduled arrival and return dates and times

- Parking rate and estimated total price, including service fee

What if I can't print my Reservation Receipt?

You must present a copy of your Reservation Receipt to the cashier at the parking lot. A copy of your Reservation Receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.

Some of our parking partners require a printed receipt, while others accept an electronic copy from a mobile device. Your Reservation Receipt will indicate whether you need to print the receipt or whether you can you present an electronic receipt.

There are several prices and amounts on my Reservation Receipt. What do they mean?

Here's an explanation of the Payment Details section of your receipt:

- The 'Total' column shows the total cost of your parking reservation, including the daily rate and any service fees, taxes, or surcharges. Please note that taxes and fees may vary slightly due to local regulations.

- The 'Paid to ParkingNearAirports.com' section shows the amount you have already paid in order to secure your reservation, including any Service Fee, Coupon Code, or Credit that has been applied.

- The 'Balance Due at Parking Lot' section shows the amount you will pay to the parking lot. If your reservation was prepaid in full, this may display a zero balance.

Changes/Cancellation
I prepaid for my parking but my dates have changed. Can I get a refund for the days I don't use?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a partial refund for a change in schedule. If you have not yet parked your vehicle, you may wish to cancel the reservation and submit a new one for the correct time frame. You can submit your cancellation here.

What if I am parked longer than my Reservation indicates, due to flight delays or other schedule changes?

The reservation itself cannot be changed once it has been submitted. The rate on your Reservation Receipt is guaranteed; however, parking longer than indicated may result in additional charges, payable directly to the parking lot. Please be aware that a shorter parking time than indicated on your reservation receipt will not result in a refund.

My car is already parked and I need to come back earlier. Do I get a refund?

If you only paid a deposit to secure the reservation and your return date or time has changed, the balance due will be determined by individual parking lot policy. In many cases, the remaining balance will be calculated when you return, based on the actual length of your stay. However, some parking lots collect the balance at the beginning of your stay and will not provide a refund if your return is earlier than expected.

If your reservation was prepaid in full, the price of the reservation was calculated based on the information you entered when booking. Regrettably, we are not able to offer any refund for an early return.

Can I change my reservation to a different parking lot?

Because the parking lots on our website are independently owned and operated, we are unable to transfer your reservation to another location. You would need to cancel your existing reservation and then submit a new reservation at the preferred location. A refund/credit for the cancelled reservation will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy.

How do I use my Groupon?

Unfortunately, we are not able to combine Groupon vouchers with a reservation made through ParkingNearAirports.io

How do I make a reservation?

From the ParkingNearAirports.io home page, select your airport of departure, enter your parking dates, and click SEARCH. The next page will display a list of lots in that area. You can click on the name of each facility to see a summary page that includes hours of operation, shuttle frequency, and other helpful information.

Once you have selected a lot, click the PARK HERE or BOOK NOW button. On the next page, please verify the dates and enter the times you expect to drop off and pick up your vehicle. The total for your stay will be displayed under the Order Summary. (If you have a coupon code, please enter it now.) Click the CONTINUE button.

- To proceed as a guest, please enter your email address and click the Continue button.

- If you have an existing account, please click the Sign In tab, enter your username and password, and click the SIGN IN button.

Enter your credit card information on our secure check-out page, along with the billing information associated with the card. (If you wish to include a different driver's name, you may do so by clicking the link under the Zip Code field.) Click "Complete Reservation." By doing so, you are indicating that you agree to our Terms of Service.

It may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed; another copy will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Payment details and the lot's address and phone number will be included on your receipt, along with a link to a mapping service for directions.

Do I have to create an account to make a reservation?

To make a reservation as a Guest without creating an account, simply enter your e-mail address at Checkout.

Why do you need my phone number?
Your phone number will only be used to contact you with important information regarding your reservation. We will never sell your contact information to anyone.
What happens after I click 'Complete Reservation'?

After clicking "Complete Reservation," please be patient; it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed, and a copy sent to the email address provided during checkout. Your receipt contains all the information you'll need to park, including:

- Departure airport

How can I use my account credit?

Available credit on your account can be applied to the prepaid amount on a future reservation. You must log into your ParkingNearAirports.io account before submitting your reservation. When you reach the check-out page, please click the "Want to Use Credit?" link under the Order Summary to apply the credit, as shown here. If you do not see that option, you may not be logged into your account, or you might not have any available credit.

In many cases, ParkingNearAirports.io charges only a portion of the total - so the credit can only be applied to that amount. Depending on your itinerary, you may still have a balance due.

Any remaining credit will stay on your account to use in the future. Please note that account credit cannot be applied to an existing reservation, nor can it be redeemed/refunded for cash.

If I park at a hotel, do I have to stay/sleep at that hotel?

No, it is not necessary to stay overnight at the hotel in order to make a parking-only reservation. Our hotel Parking Partners offer parking separately from room reservations.

In some markets, you may see “package deal” or “sleep and park here” notations. Those options are offered through our sister site, ParkSleepFly.com, and include an overnight stay at a nearby hotel, along with a specific number of parking days. You can click on the name of each location to see a summary page that includes hotel details, shuttle frequency, and other helpful information.

What is a Package Deal?

In some markets, you may see “package deal” or “sleep and park here” notations. Can I make a reservation for someone else?

What is the difference between Self, Valet, Indoor, Covered parking products?

In most cases, here's what you can expect when reserving these parking products:

Self - You will park your own vehicle and keep your key.

Valet - Typically, you will drive directly to the parking lot and give your key to an attendant, who will provide you with a valet ticket and park your car. However, at some parking lots, the valet attendant might drive you to the airport in your own car; at other lots, the valet attendant might meet you at the airport and take your car back to the lot.

Indoor - Parking is indoors, away from the elements.

Covered - Parking is outside but under a cover that protects your car from the elements.

Do you have AAA/AARP/military discounts?

Each parking lot’s management provides the rate information that is displayed on our website, which may be lower than the usual rate for ‘drive-up’ customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any additional coupons, offers, discounts, or promotions for reservations made through our website.

How do Coupon Codes work?

Coupon Codes issued by our website can be entered on the checkout page for a discount off the prepayment amount required for your reservation. How do I get to the airport once I've parked?

Most of our Parking Partners provide free transportation between the parking lot and airport via shuttle. Typically, you should allow at least 20-30 minutes to check in at the lot, park, and take the shuttle to your terminal. Be sure to confirm the shuttle frequency ahead of time, since some locations have limited hours of operation.

Please note that some locations may offer other services, like airport dropoff in your own vehicle, limo dropoff/pickup, etc. You can find this information on the parking lot info page on our site, or by contacting the lot at the phone number proved on your Reservation Receipt.

How do I get back to the parking lot when I return?

Your Reservation Receipt will include specific instructions for the lot you selected. Depending on which airport and lot you are using, you may need to:

- Wait in the designated area at the airport for the next regularly scheduled shuttle pickup,

- Use the courtesy phones in the baggage area to contact the lot for pickup, or

- Use your phone to call the number on your claim check to request pickup.

How much time should I allow to park and get to the airport?

Most airlines require passengers to check in at least one hour before a domestic flight and even earlier for international travel. Remember to consider traffic, shuttle frequency, and distance from the airport when planning. It's always better to arrive early!

As always, you should check with your specific airline regarding their requirements. Traveling during peak times and holidays may require more time, so please plan accordingly.
What do I do when I return from my trip?

The process for retrieving your car varies by location. Typically, you will call the parking lot after retrieving your luggage. They will advise you of the shuttle pickup location and approximate wait time. Be sure to present a copy of your Reservation Receipt to the cashier at the time of payment.

What do I bring to the parking lot?

Is the parking lot safe and secure?

Our Parking Partners are established, reputable businesses with a track record of security and safety. The lot may be fenced and cameras/security patrols may also be present. Please check the information displayed on each lot's page for additional details.

Usually, you will be in the presence of a parking lot employee while checking in or out. As with any parking lot, the parking lot operator is not responsible for any valuables left in your vehicle. For specific concerns, please ask the lot attendant when you arrive.

What if I am parked longer than my Reservation Receipt indicates, due to flight delays or other schedule changes?

The reservation itself cannot be changed once it has been submitted. The rate on your Reservation Receipt is guaranteed; however, parking longer than indicated may result in additional charges, payable directly to the parking lot. Please be aware that a shorter parking time than indicated on your reservation receipt will not result in a refund.

I have a large group with a lot of luggage. Will that be a problem?

In most instances, the parking lot will provide shuttle transportation for your entire party. However, if you have a large group or a lot of luggage, the lot may not be able to accommodate everyone at once. You may wish to consider dropping off some of the passengers (and/or luggage) at the airport before parking your vehicle.

My car was damaged at the parking lot. What should I do?

On the rare occasion when a vehicle is damaged while parked, the best course of action is to contact the parking lot’s management as soon as you notice the damage, preferably before leaving the lot.

Because ParkingNearAirports.io does not own or operate the parking lots listed on our site, we are unable to address damage claims.

How do I make a reservation?

From the ParkingNearAirports.io home page, select your airport of departure, enter your parking dates, and click SEARCH. The next page will display a list of lots in that area, along with map. You can click on the name of each parking facility to see a summary page that includes hours of operation, shuttle frequency, and other helpful information.

Once you have selected a lot, click the PARK HERE button. On the next page, please verify your parking dates and enter the times you expect to drop off and pick up your vehicle. The total for your stay will be displayed on the checkout page under the Order Summary. Enter the requested payment information and click the COMPLETE RESERVATION button to view your reservation receipt. A copy of the receipt will also be sent to the email address you provided.

You must present a copy of the Reservation Receipt to the parking lot to verify your reservation. Without a receipt, you will not receive credit for your online payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund charges incurred as a result of not showing a copy of the Reservation Receipt at the time of arrival.

Scroll down past the list of airports to see the cruise port options. After selecting the appropriate port, you can click on the parking lot name to see additional details regarding shuttle frequency and hours of operation.

How do I indicate my parking times?

You will be able to adjust the parking times during the reservation process or on the checkout page: Be sure to enter the times you will be checking in and checking out at the parking lot, not your flight times.

I can't change the dates or times on the checkout page.

How can I use my account credit?

Available account credit can be applied to the prepaid amount on a future reservation. You must log into your account before submitting the reservation. When you reach the check-out page, please click the "Want to Use Credit?" link under the Order Summary to apply the credit, as shown here. If you do not see that option, you may not be logged into your account, or you might not have any available credit.

In many cases, ParkingNearAirports.io charges only a portion of the total - so the credit can only be applied to that amount. Depending on your itinerary, you may still have a balance due. Any remaining credit will stay on your account to use in the future.

Please note that account credit cannot be applied to an existing reservation, nor can it be redeemed/refunded for cash.

What is the CSC code and where do I find it?

We ask for the Card Security Code (CSC) to verify that the card is in the physical possession of the person attempting to use it.

The security code for a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card is a three-digit number printed on the back of the credit card in the signature panel. For an American Express card, the security code is a four-digit number located on the front of the card, just above the card number.

Why won't the checkout page accept my credit card?

If you receive an error message after submitting your reservation, please make sure that your billing name (including middle initial) and zip code match the information on your card. Also, verify that the expiration date and security code are correct.

Please note that each attempt may place another hold on your card for the Pay Now amount. Typically, those temporary authorizations will drop off your account within a few days, depending on your bank.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine accounts or transfer reservations between accounts. Please try to use one account/email address for all of your reservations.

How do I get a copy of my Reservation Receipt?

A copy of your Reservation Receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process. You can obtain another copy of the Reservation Receipt, if needed, by following these steps:

There's no Print button on the receipt page. How can I print a copy?

You must present a copy of the Reservation Receipt at the parking lot.

To print a copy of your Reservation Receipt from your screen, you can use Control-P (for PC) or Command-P (for Mac) to access the print window.

Depending on which browser you are using, you should also be able to print a copy of the receipt by using the FILE or TOOLS option in the menu bar.

In addition, you should receive a copy of the receipt at the email address you provided during the reservation process.

There are several prices and amounts on my receipt. What do they mean?

Here's an explanation of the Payment Details section of your receipt:

- The 'Total' column shows the total cost of your parking reservation, including the daily rate and any service fees, taxes, or surcharges. Please note that taxes and fees may vary slightly due to local regulations.

- The 'Paid to ParkingNearAirports.io' section shows the amount you have already paid in order to secure your reservation, including any Service Fee, Coupon Code, or Credit that has been applied.

- The 'Balance Due at Parking Lot' section shows the amount you will pay to the parking lot. If your reservation was prepaid in full, this may display a zero balance.

Please note that changes in your actual arrival and/or departure time may affect the total cost of your reservation. Also, taxes and fees may vary slightly due to local regulations.

Can I just show the reservation number on my phone or other digital device?

You must present a copy of your Reservation Receipt at the parking lot.

Many of our locations are able to accept reservations by viewing a copy of the Reservation Receipt on a mobile phone or digital device.

If, after confirming your reservation, a pop-up window appears that shows "Print Out Your Receipt!" it is important that you bring your printed Reservation Receipt with you to the parking lot.

What if the driver's name is different than the name of the person making the reservation?

The lot I reserved at requires a barcode, but it didn't print. What do I do?

Some parking lots include a barcode on the Reservation Receipt, which the cashier scans to confirm your reservation information. If you are unable to print the barcode on your Reservation Receipt, check your email settings to ensure that images and macros are enabled.
