This page outlines the ”Terms and Conditions” which you may use ParkingNearAirports.io.
Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the terms and conditions
expressed here, do not use this web site or our service. By using this web site
and our service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
Reservation Purchase Policy:
Our goal at ParkingNearAirports.io is to make your purchasing experience easy,
efficient, and equitable, so we can get you on your way to your travel
destination. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your
satisfaction and understanding of the process of ParkingNearAirports.io. If you
have any questions about the information below, please contact us.
Payment Methods:
ParkingNearAirports.io accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your
needs, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa.
Pricing and Availability:
ParkingNearAirports.io arranges airport parking reservations on behalf of
independently owned and operated parking facilities (hereinafter referred to as
“Parking Partners” or “Partners”). ParkingNearAirports.io does not set the
parking prices, operate the parking lots, or determine parking availability.
When your reservation is submitted online, the rate is secured. For this
reason, your reservation rate may not be combined with any additional coupons,
special offers, or other promotions at the parking lot. Special discounts will
not apply.
Credit Card Billing - Your credit card is charged when you submit your
reservation online. Your charge card statement will indicate the purchase was
from ParkingNearAirports.io, Inc.
Pay Now, Pay in Full, and Reservation Fee
Amounts:
Reservations arranged through ParkingNearAirports.io are either prepaid in full
or subject to a reservation deposit fee.
You hereby authorize ParkingNearAirports.io to charge an amount equal to the
'Pay Now' price to your credit, debit, or Paypal account, and you hereby
represent that you authorize us to process the transaction. The “Pay Now”
amount will be displayed as the “You Paid” amount on your reservation receipt
after your transaction has processed.
If your reservation is prepaid in full the “Pay Now”/“You Paid” amount covers
parking fees and ancillary services rendered by the parking facility except
those fees you may incur, or services that you contract directly from the
Parking Partner. All Parking Partner facility rules apply. By way of example,
if your vehicle occupies more than one space, you may be charged an additional
fee at the parking facility. This rate cannot be combined with any other
discounts or offers. Your total price is calculated based on your chosen
departure and return dates and times. Your final price will be determined at
the time of your return based on your actual length of stay. You must present
your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment.
If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit
for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded or
credited.
If your reservation only requires that you only pay a portion of your
reservation, i.e. a reservation deposit fee, the “Pay Now”/“You Paid” amount
covers the commission that the Parking Partner pays to us to process the
reservation, direct the customer to the Parking Partner’s facility and pay our
Affiliate Network for clients sent to us. The amount of the commission paid to ParkingNearAirports.io
is deducted from the total you will owe the Parking Partner and is reflected on
your receipt.
Additionally, ParkingNearAirports.io may apply a separate processing fee to
your online transaction. We retain this processing fee as compensation in
arranging your travel reservation.
The “Due at Parking Lot” or “Remaining Due at Parking Lot” amount is what you
will pay at the Parking Partner's facility. This amount covers parking fees and
ancillary services rendered by the parking facility that has not been included
in the “Pay Now” or “You Paid” amount, except those services that you contract
directly from the Parking Partner. All Parking Partner facility rules apply.
This rate cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Your total
price is calculated based on your chosen departure and return dates and times.
Your final “Due at Parking Lot”/”Remaining Due at Parking Lot” price will be
determined at the time of your return based on your actual length of stay. You
must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online
payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not
get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded
or credited.
If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged
for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your
reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not
used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you may be charged an
additional fee.)
Changes in Travel Itinerary:
Before purchasing your reservation, carefully
review your travel itinerary including departure and return dates and times. If
your travel itinerary changes, this will not affect the amount you paid online
to reserve your space. It may affect the total due to the parking facility.
Your reservation receipt covers your entire length of stay based on your chosen
departure and returns dates and times. Your actual total may be higher based on
the actual length of time your vehicle is parked with your chosen Parking
Partner. All parking rates are based on a per space rate. (If your vehicle
occupies more than one space, you may be charged an additional fee.)
Reservation dates and times cannot be changed on your reservation receipt,
however, at its discretion, a Parking Partner may be able to accommodate your
itinerary changes and still allow you to use your original reservation receipt.
Details regarding itinerary changes can be found on your reservation receipt.
If you require a new reservation receipt, you will need to cancel your original
reservation and book an entirely new reservation. Please note, non-refundable
reservations cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds under any
circumstances.

Refund Policy:
All requests for cancellations or refunds must be directed to ParkingNearAirports.io and not to the parking facility.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled parking arrival date and time.
Cancellation requests made after the scheduled parking arrival date and time will not be accepted.
No refunds will be provided for unused parking reservations, regardless of whether the non-use was intentional or unintentional.
To cancel your reservation, you can log in to your account on our platform, visit the cancellation page at https://parkingnearairports.io/cancellation, or send a cancellation request via email to support@parkingnearairports.io.
Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds
under any circumstances.
If there is a change in your travel dates or times, you may continue to use
your reservation at the Parking Partner’s discretion. If your trip is canceled,
please contact us for a refund if applicable.
If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be
charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked
your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days
not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you may be charged an
additional fee.)
Cancellation/Change
All requests for cancellations or refunds must be directed to ParkingNearAirports.io and not to the parking facility.
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund (including the service fee) within the first 24 hours after your reservation was originally submitted. Reservations canceled after 24 hours will not be refunded the service fee. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled parking arrival date, nor can we make any changes to an existing reservation. Partial refunds are not issued for schedule changes or early returns.

Acceptable Site Use:
The reservation service featured on this web site is provided solely to assist
customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services
and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with parking
vendors and hotel vendors and for no other purposes. You warrant that you are
at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this
agreement and to use this Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions
herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Web
site (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without
limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of this
Web site by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all
information supplied by you or members of your household in using this Web site
is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent
reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You
agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this Web site shall
be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for
another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that
overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of this Web site
may result in you being denied access to such facilities.
You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any
supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of
all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding
availability of services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges,
fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Web site.
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of
this web site, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended
for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not
authorized to access, (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability
of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without
proper authorization, (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user,
host or network, including without limitation, via means of submitting a virus

Offline Conduct:
It is a violation of these terms to use any information obtained from this Site
in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise
to, solicit or sell to any User without their prior explicit consent.
User Reviews and User Generated Content:
You hereby warrant and represent that any review you posted on the Site or
submitted at ParkingNearAirports.io is based upon an actual experience during
the last twenty-four (24) months with the reviewed parking lot. Reviews,
including other user-generated content, does not reflect the opinion ParkingNearAirports.io
or any affiliated companies, or its employees, officers, directors, or shareholders.
ParkingNearAirports.io disclaims all liability and responsibility for any
review or other user-generated content and for any damages, claims, or losses
resulting from any such review or other user-generated content.
You acknowledge that ParkingNearAirports.io has the right in its sole
discretion to display or refuse or remove any user-generated content posted by
you on the Site, including, without limitation, ratings, reviews, and user
profile information, collectively ”User Content”. By submitting or posting User
Content to ParkingNearAirports.io, you hereby warrant and represent that you
maintain all rights that are necessary to post or submit such User Content to
the Site. ParkingNearAirports.io owns exclusive intellectual property rights to
the User Content and shall be entitled to disseminate and use User Content for
any purpose deemed necessary, without compensations or acknowledgment to you.
You hereby agree that you will not submit or post User Content that (a)
contains or features advertising, marketing or commercial messages; (b)
contains offensive, violent, harmful, or abusive language; or (c) contain or
encrypted with viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs or other computer

ParkingNearAirports.io makes no guarantee of any specific result from the use
of this Site or use of the ParkingNearAirports.io service. ParkingNearAirports.io
disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any
parking vendors, hotel vendors, third party users, ParkingNearAirports.io
users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Site, in connection with the ParkingNearAirports.io
service or otherwise related to your use of the Site and/or the ParkingNearAirports.io
service. ParkingNearAirports.io is not responsible for the products, services,
actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, parking vendor, promoter or
another third party in connection with or referenced on the Site. Without
limiting the foregoing, you may report the misconduct of users and/or third
party advertisers, service and/or product providers referenced on or included
in the Site to ParkingNearAirports.io at the contact us link, or by email at support@parkingnearairports.io. ParkingNearAirports.io may investigate the
claim and take appropriate action, at its sole discretion.
The Material on this web site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.
ParkingNearAirports.io makes no representations about the accuracy,
reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the web site or the Material. The
use of this web site and the Material is at your own risk.
ParkingNearAirports.io does not warrant that the web site will operate

other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the website or the material results in

In no event shall ParkingNearAirports.io, its suppliers, Parking Partners or
any third parties mentioned on the web site be liable for any damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential
damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business
interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the web site and the
material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory,
and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.
Limitation of Liability:
The aggregate liability for ParkingNearAirports.io, Inc. to you for all claims
arising from the use of this web site and Materials is limited to $250.
Disputes:
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you
agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of New York
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal
jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of New York.
Indemnity:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParkingNearAirports.io, Inc.,
its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims,
actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and
accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of this web site or the
Material or your breach of the terms of these Terms of Service.
ParkingNearAirports.io, Inc. shall provide notice to you promptly of any such
claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending
any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
Modification:
ParkingNearAirports.io may at any time modify these terms and conditions and
your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions
in force at the time of your use.
Severability:
The provisions for these Terms of Service are intended to be severable. If for
any reason any provision of these Terms of Service shall be held invalid or
unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as
to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or
unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability
thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any
jurisdiction. Acknowledgment of the Terms of Service, including all documents
referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between you and ParkingNearAirports.io
regarding your relationship with ParkingNearAirports.io and supersedes any prior
statements or representations. You agree to be bound by the Terms of Service by
using the ParkingNearAirports.io website.
