ARRIVAL INFORMATIONWhen entering you must see attendant; then proceed to park from the 9th floor and above. Upon parking take elevator down to the 8th floor and check in with the attendant. Check-in is mandatory! Vehicles that do not register are subjected to being fined or towed.All vehicles must park from the 9th level and above. Any vehicles parked on the levels below will be subjected to fines or towing. At the time of check-in, you must provide us with your RESERVATION INFORMATION, NUMBER OF GUEST (S) TRAVELING WITH YOU, NAME OF SHIP, AND LICENSE PLATE NUMBER.Check-in begins at 10:30 AM for departing cruises. The first shuttle leaves the garage to port at 11:00 am.The Last shuttle leaves the garage at 2:30 PM; if you arrive after hours, you may park on the 8th floor and arrange for private transportation to the Port of Miami via UBER, LYFT, or Taxi. The shuttle is COMPLEMENTARY and transports 4 passengers MAX per reservation. IF YOUR GROUP IS OVER 4 PEOPLE, YOU MUST DROP THEM AT THE PORT.WE DO NOT REFUND UBER, LYFT, OR TAXICall 786-830-4506 for shuttle.Returning from Cruise:Pick ups enroute to Port start at 7:30 AM. Call 786-830-4506 for shuttle.Upon returning from cruise, please follow guidelines provided by your driver. Upon arriving from your cruise, you must report to the designated pick up area to ensure proper pick up. If you do not see our shuttles, please immediately call the number on the provided document (given to you at the parking location) to report arrival.

    Our experience with WePark in Miami exceeded all expectations. The instructions were straightforward, and the shuttle van service was exceptional. We were able to depart from the WePark parking garage and commence our journey home in under thirty minutes after disembarking from the ship.

    WePark in Miami Cruise parking is optimal parking spot for a cruise trip. Conveniently located near the port, and staffed by courteous and efficient personnel. The covered parking area is easily accessible, and the shuttle service is prompt and reliable, offering transportation to and from the port.

    This was my inaugural cruise, and also my initial encounter with Parkway Parking. I was thoroughly pleased with the swiftness of their service, as well as the proficiency of the shuttle driver. The staff was amicable and provided me with a comforting experience. I definitely intend to avail of their service again in the future.
