  Parking was easy to find, and the lot seemed very secure. We arrived and unloaded at the front of the hotel, only to be told to drive around to the back. This should have been explained better, but we are ok with that. Our only issue was the shuttle speed. We arrived at 9:45 am, unloaded our luggage and proceeded to the sign where a shuttle was loading. We were not allowed on it because it was full. Understandable. He said another shuttle would be there soon. There was no protected covering and one lady nearly passed out waiting in the heat. ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES LATER a shuttle finally returned. Several patrons had given up and ordered a rideshare. We did, eventually but canceled when the shuttle arrived 5 minutes later. Then the shuttle stopped at another hotel to pick up guests, and there were too many people/suitcases on this shuttle for safety. The shuttle driver told us where to wait, however the ship docked at a different terminal and we didn't know where to wait. We ordered a rideshare and bypassed the shuttle going back to the parking area. I probably will NOT use your service again.
