    My rental
    We had a major problem and delay in leaving the lot. The receipt I had for the rental done online did not have QRT code so the attendant would not let us exit. I gave him my email address and reservation number from the email receipt I had but he could not find reservation. This must be a major deficiency in your reservation system that discourages me from using your lot again.
