The lot is located directly across from the Jacksonville Cruise Terminal. At the present moment, we ONLY offer service for the Carnival Elation cruise.

A Parking Mall Reservation includes a complimentary shuttle ride to & from the cruise terminal for Up To FOUR (4) Passengers of all ages.

This waterfront grass parking-lot is secured and monitored.

We also provide a continuous shuttle service to and from your cruise that comes with your reservation, as well as luggage assistance.

Staff members are on-site to assist with any luggage or parking needs.
