There is no need to call hotel to schedule a pickup.

Shuttle leaves hotel on the top of the hour and half past the hour. Depending on weather and traffic condition, the shuttle arrives at the O’Hare airport in about 15 to 20 minutes.

The pickup time at airport is typically at :20 minutes and :50min past the hour, unless there is a delay caused by weather and/or traffic conditions.
