Any Ford F250 or higher models, Chevy Silverado 2500 or larger, GMC Sierra 2500 or larger, Ram 2500 or larger, Ford Transit van, 12 or 15 passenger vans, commercial vehicles, are all considered oversize vehicles. This list may not list all oversized vehicles so it is important for customers to call to verify. Also any hitches, bike racks or cargo trays on the backs of the vehicles are recommended to be removed
You may get a receipt upon leaving that is a different amount than what you initially paid. Disregard it. The prepaid amount is correct.
Please check in upon arrival. This is a valet location, and customers are required to leave their keys.

Upon your return, please call 847-671-4000 to arrange a shuttle pick-up back to your vehicle.

- The customer journey was not well-conceived with this one. The instructions say 24 hour shuttle on demand. When I arrived at the airport, I went to where the shuttles are for every company/hotel I've ever used and called the number. When calling the number, they tell you to go to a website. I went to the website where it asks for your reservation number. The number on my receipt for parkingnearairports did not work. I tried the number on my ticket, which also didn't work. Apparently the online pickup request only works with a number they give you if you reserve directly through them or you call and request your reservation ID directly - none of this is mentioned on the parkingnearairports description or receipt. So then I called back and waited on hold for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I was told that their shuttle pickup is at the far parking lot accessible only by taking the tram. They don't tell you that on the receipt either. The guy on the phone couldn't tell me how to get their, just to ask someone at the airport if I needed help. I found the lot, but then they don't have any signage in the parking lot area directing you where to go. There is a spot all the way at the end of the buses area outside that has a rotating sign that says Fox and Routes. The Fox shuttle was there, but still no Routes shuttle. I called back and was on hold again for another 15 minutes when the shuttle showed up. Apparently one of their shuttles had an accident, but they don't call you to let you know that. The information provided on the receipt has no details about shuttle pickup and that NEEDS to be changed and the shuttle request online needs to be updated to work with the reservation IDs we're provided. The lady inside was also pretty rude. A guy was there to pickup a car and she just told him, "Nah, we don't take debit cards." The guy had place the reservation through Priceline and she just told him to contact them about a refund. Every major car carrier I've ever been to accepts debit cards, usually with some requirement of proof of return flight or a larger deposit. I said, "Why don't you accept debit cards? That doesn't make any sense." And she replied. "Actually it does." She had no empathy for this guy who she was literally telling that he had no way to rent car and was stuck there. She didn't even offer the shuttle to take him to another rental agency. I'm definitely never using them again.3
