- Parking location was great. Driver from Bronx going from Hotel to Airport was great. The driver from Airport to hotel was terrible. He needs to learn english and be polite. He treated me as if I could not understand english. I had to call the hotel to get the guy to let us on the shuttle which was directly in front of us. He kept saying wrong shuttle. Maybe he was having a bad day. His comment about me needing to write down the address of the Hotel instead of using my phone was comical. Thank God for the hotel staff person that finally got through to the guy. The driver would get so much further in this world/country by showing kindness.3

A little hard to find but called and they stayed on phone and guided me easily to lot. Price was 1/3 of other places. Shuttle exactly on time. Car running,warm and ready to go as soon as I got off shuttle. - My experience4
