JetBlue recently announced its plans to enhance its flight offerings to the popular Mexican vacation spot Tulum. The airline is set to introduce daily flights between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and the newly opened Felipe Carrillo Puerto Tulum International Airport (TQO) on June 13, 2024. Vice President David Jehn highlighted Tulum's allure with its stunning beaches, rich cultural heritage, and seamless blend of ancient and modern elements.
The upcoming flights departing from New York at 7:55 a.m. and returning from Mexico at 12:45 p.m. aboard an Airbus A320 aircraft will provide travelers with a convenient and modern travel experience. Tulum will become JetBlue's fourth destination in Mexico, complementing its existing flights to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and Los Cabos. The airline serves Mexico from various other US cities besides New York.
To commemorate the new route, JetBlue is offering one-way flights to Tulum starting at $149.
