The National Park Service has provided several advisories to ensure the safety of visitors in locations where wildlife is present.

Spotting wildlife is one of the best parts of exploring a national park, but officials urge travelers to always maintain a safe distance.

The caution is issued after a visitor to Grand Teton National Park sustained injuries following a recent interaction with a bear. The National Park Service (NPS) authorities believe the incident occurred due to an unanticipated encounter with 2 grizzly bears.

The park visitor was evacuated from the site by helicopter and subsequently transported to a nearby medical facility via ambulance. The individual is expected to make a complete recovery.

However, the encounter highlights the potential danger of getting too close to wildlife. The NPS warns travelers to always stay at least 300 feet away from bears and never leave food unattended unless it's properly secured.

It's a good idea for travelers to bring bear spray with them and hike in groups of at least 3 people. If you happen to come across a bear, the best thing to do is to slowly back away, rather than trying to run away.

The NPS is also advising visitors to Yellowstone National Park to keep their distance from elk since calving season has begun. There are anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 elk in Yellowstone during the summer – the most abundant large mammal found in the park – with new calves typically born in May to late June.

According to the National Park Service, cow elk can be much more aggressive towards people during the calving season. They may run towards you or even kick. These attacks can be unprovoked and unpredictable.

The NPS advises park visitors to always maintain a distance of at least 75 feet from the elk, which is the length of 2 full-sized buses. If an elk starts charging towards you, the best course of action is to run away.

Last year, the NPS issued similar warnings after 2 park visitors were injured during encounters with wild bison at both Yellowstone National Park and Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

In addition to bears and elk, the NPS recommends that travelers should also keep a distance of at least 300 feet from other predators like wolves, and at least 75 feet from all other animals they may come across.

By the way, we would also like to give you one helpful tip. Such information will be handy for those who prefer traveling by air and getting to the airport by their own car.

There is no question that a safe parking space must be arranged for your vehicle during a trip. However, in most cases, people aren't ready to spend a lot of money on this. It's a common problem among travelers, as they know that on-site parking (it may seem that it's the best option for this case) is pretty costly. So what can we do then?

We are glad to inform you that our booking platform, ParkingNearAirports.io, offers travelers online reservations for parking just outside airports that are convenient and affordable. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing travelers parking options at over 100 airports in the US and Canada. In addition, the app allows customers to search and compare parking rates at up to 70 percent savings compared to the cost of on-site parking at all major airports.

Being nearby doesn't always mean convenience when it comes to airport parking. Being in terminal parking is not convenient at all. Travelers have to find a spot in a crowded lot, carry their luggage throughout the parking lot, and pay high fees without great service. The off-airport parking provides excellent service with their award-winning customer service representatives available 24/7. In addition, the app looks for lots that offer baggage assistance and 24-hour security for peace of mind.

With our platform, it only takes a few clicks in the app to reserve a parking spot. Guests receive a booking confirmation and a guaranteed parking space upon arrival at the off-airport parking. In addition, the app helps customers locate the most convenient lots to the airport. Cancellations are easy if plans change with hassle-free, refundable cancellations.

Off-airport parking lots often provide free shuttle going back and forth between the parking lot and the airport, removing any worry of traveling to and from the airport or getting stuck in traffic on the way to the airport during peak hours. Arrive on time for flights and receive significant savings with airport parking.

Besides this, we also offer services for top cruise ports in Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, and Texas.

Let's take a good example. Imagine that you live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you're planning a trip to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, USA, you can choose cheap parking near Pearson Airport. If you're coming from any other state or city, the situation is the same. So it depends just on where you are flying from.

Also, please don't forget about the airport coupons. Such a coupon can easily help you save money at the beginning of your trip, making the price for parking almost two times less. So if we talk about the Toronto Pearson International Airport, you can use a special Toronto Airport parking coupon.
