Starting on May 22nd, 2025, JetBlue will offer daily non-stop flights from their Boston hub to Madrid. These flights will run throughout the busy summer season. On the same day, the airline will also launch new seasonal flights from Boston to Edinburgh, in addition to their existing service to the Scottish city from New York's JFK. Both of these routes will end on October 24th, 2025.
"Madrid and Edinburgh are two of Europe's most exciting and popular destinations, and we're happy to provide even more transatlantic travel options for our customers from Boston and New England," said Daniel Shurz, JetBlue's head of revenue, network and enterprise planning. "Europe is an important part of our network strategy as our loyal customers look for JetBlue's signature service and low fares to take them to top leisure destinations, including across the Atlantic."
The flight from Boston to Madrid will depart at 10:25 p.m. and arrive the next day at 11:30 a.m., while the return flight will leave Madrid at 1:30 p.m. and land in Boston at 3:20 p.m. the same day. For the Edinburgh route, the Boston to Edinburgh flight will depart at 10:30 p.m. and arrive at 10:10 a.m. the following morning, and the return flight will leave Edinburgh at 12:10 p.m. and reach Boston at 2:22 p.m. that same afternoon.
JetBlue has expanded its transatlantic network over the past few years to include destinations like Amsterdam, Dublin, Edinburgh, Paris, Madrid, and London. Next summer, the airline will operate up to 7 daily non-stop flights from Boston to these European cities. Travelers flying out of Boston can look forward to JetBlue's comfortable amenities and explore Europe without the hassle of finding BOS long-term parking. For those departing from John F.
