JetBlue is excited for warmer days and is adding new cities to its network, both domestically and internationally.

Daniel Shurz, JetBlue's head of revenue and planning, stated:

"We're expanding our leisure options in Boston with great new summer routes. Our New England customers appreciate JetBlue's excellent service and affordable fares for summer getaways."

Starting April 30th, 2025, JetBlue will offer daily summer flights from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Wilmington, N.C. (ILM) and Norfolk (ORF). In June, they're also adding flights 3 times a week to Traverse City, Mich. (TVC) and Halifax, Canada (YHZ).

From John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York, JetBlue will start a daily year-round route to San Pedro Sula, Honduras (SAP) on June 12th, 2025.

Besides launching 5 new destinations, JetBlue plans to enhance connections to existing cities this spring and summer.

  • LaGuardia (LGA) to/from Tampa (TPA): twice-daily, year-round;
  • New York (JFK) to/from Washington, D.C. (DCA), Hartford (BDL), Detroit (DTW), Pittsburgh (PIT), and Providence (PVD): once daily, year-round;
  • New York (JFK) to/from Burbank (BUR): once daily, summer seasonal service;
  • Boston (BOS) to/from Islip (ISP): once-daily, summer seasonal service;
  • Newark (EWR) to/from Los Angeles (LAX): 3x daily, summer seasonal service;
  • Newark (EWR) to/from Santo Domingo (SDQ): up to 2x daily, summer seasonal service.

Over the past year, JetBlue has shifted its focus toward leisure travel from its Northeast hubs, prioritizing vacation-oriented routes over business travel. Alongside the new and returning routes, the airline will launch seasonal service to Madrid and Edinburgh from Boston this summer.
