Delta SkyMiles members will soon have more choices for inflight entertainment!

On Tuesday, February 4, the airline shared plans for a deal with the sports and entertainment gaming company, DraftKings. Delta plans for eligible SkyMiles members to enjoy free gaming via Delta Sync Wi-Fi on their personal devices. To keep things legal, DraftKings access won't involve actual money or miles.

Delta expects to finalize the deal within this year.

This development is part of DeltaSync, introduced in 2023. The free high-speed connectivity is now available on over 330 aircraft. It allows passengers to log in and customize their flights and entertainment.

Members can look forward to faster Wi-Fi access with the airline's new features.

This aligns with Delta's growing partnerships and rideshare shifts. The airline is set to partner with YouTube, providing connected, high-speed, ad-free access on personal devices. Last month, Delta also announced it would end its partnership with Lyft and switch to Uber. This change lets passengers link their Uber accounts to earn SkyMiles on Uber rides and UberEats.

The company launched its new Sky Club access rules to reduce crowding, while emphasizing that fresh perks are coming soon for its rewards program members.
