The refreshed terminal will feature several iconic NYC brands, including Eataly, The Halal Guys, Shake Shack, Serafina, Leon's Bagels, and DiFara Pizza.
"I'm excited to witness this transformative project come to life," said Congressman Gregory W. Meeks in a statement. "It will create well-paying jobs, support small businesses, and drive economic growth, all while establishing JFK Terminal 5 as a cutting-edge, world-class gateway."
Terminal 5, which opened in 2008 and expanded in 2014, currently serves over 35,000 JetBlue passengers daily across 165 flights.
