Low-cost airline Breeze Airways is set to launch its inaugural co-branded credit card, featuring flight benefits, along with expanding to 5 additional cities this autumn as part of its ongoing expansion efforts just three years after its establishment.

Named the Breeze Easy Visa Signature card, it'll have an $89 yearly fee and offer various advantages, such as earning up to 10 times BreezePoints for Breeze purchases and receiving priority boarding, as disclosed by the airline. The card will also provide complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi on Breeze's Airbus fleet, which is significant given the airline's recent decision to exclusively use Airbus A220 aircraft for its scheduled services by the end of 2024.

Developed in collaboration with Barclays US Consumer Bank, the card features a sign-up bonus of 50,000 BreezePoints after spending $2,000 within the first 90 days.

David Neeleman, the founder and CEO of Breeze Airways, expressed confidence in the Breeze Easy Visa card, stating the following:

"Combined with Barclays' established history with leading travel brands, I believe the Breeze Easy Visa will become the preferred airline card for Breeze customers and frequent travelers."

The fast-expanding airline will be adding flights to 5 additional locations, including Bangor in Maine, Dallas in Texas, Lancaster in Pennsylvania, Lansing in Michigan, and Pensacola in Florida, alongside the introduction of a new card. These new flight routes are expected to start in October.

President of Breeze Airways, Tom Doxey, shared his excitement about the airline's expansion, saying the following in a statement:

"We're thrilled to announce the inclusion of 5 additional cities to our growing network, enhancing travel options and bolstering connections between Breeze's existing destinations. With our improved convenience and cost efficiency, Breeze's operational approach is successfully establishing a foothold in numerous cities across the country."

Travelers leaving Bangor can expect to find flights headed to Orlando, Tampa, and Fort Myers in Florida. Those flying out from Dallas can go to Provo/Salt Lake City. Departures from Lancaster are specifically for Orlando. From Lansing, travelers have the choice to fly to Orlando and Fort Myers. Passengers departing from Pensacola have the opportunity to travel to Tampa.

Aside from the new cities, Breeze plans to launch international flights and is set to unveil more routes from 9 existing cities. An October flight from Norfolk, Virginia to Phoenix is already scheduled. With these additional routes, the airline, established in 2021 by Neeleman, the former JetBlue founder and current Breeze CEO, will cater to a total of 56 cities spanning 29 states.

In celebration of these new routes, Breeze is offering select flights from just $49 each way for bookings made by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 1st and travel completed by January 7th, 2025.

The smarter way to park at the airport – ParkingNearAirports.io!

Along with the latest news, we would like to share an additional valuable suggestion. This advice will prove beneficial for individuals who opt for air travel.

If you get to the airport by car, you always need to find a good parking space for your vehicle to leave for the period of a trip. In most cases, airports have special on-site parking for that purpose. However, such a parking lot is pretty costly most of the time, and people aren't ready to spend a lot of money at the beginning of a trip. So is there any solution?

The best way to solve this problem is to choose off-site parking. Why, you may ask? We will explain.

There are many reasons which can prove the benefit of this parking type. Here are some of them:

  • Affordable Rates. Depending on the duration of your trip, you can choose between short-term and long-term airport parking. Anyway, an off-site airport is much cheaper, so you can save your money and spend the most considerable amount on things you really want to see or try while traveling.
  • Fast Service. In contrast with on-site airport parking, which can take quite a long time, off-site parking offers you the convenience of driving directly to the entrance and having a staff member pull your luggage out of your vehicle and load it into the shuttle. Then they will park your car for you. After your baggage is loaded, you can take your seat in the shuttle, which will bring you and your bags to the airport. It's a hassle-free option that is usually faster.
  • Convenience. When people travel, they may be stressed about making it to the airport on time. If you use off-site parking, you will definitely make your travel experience more convenient, as you use the service of a private company. Even though you may be able to park on-site at the airport in a short-term or long-term airport parking lot, consider using an off-site parking lot service.
