United Airlines has shared some helpful information on how travelers can make sure they get the right credit for their stays booked through the Vrbo website.

"Members should make sure to book via our co-branded landing page as found on united.com or through our direct marketing channels (make sure you see the MileagePlus logo in the top corner)."

United encourages customers to make sure their MileagePlus number is correctly added to the reservation during checkout. They also mention that the miles may take 6 to 8 weeks to appear in the loyalty member's account.
If the points don't properly post to a user's account, they can email mileageplus@united.com with details about their stay to receive the credit.
