Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris will undergo a transformation this month (April 2024) at its entrance. Visitors will soon encounter a vibrant and contemporary open-air movie studio before being welcomed as special guests to a glamorous film premiere in the heart of Hollywood on a starry night. The former entrance, which was a colorful indoor replica soundstage, will be reimagined to pay homage to historic Hollywood movie theaters, and is set to reopen in spring 2025.
This new visual identity for the park will coincide with the opening of the World of Frozen, a brand-new immersive land inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios' Frozen, which has already opened in Hong Kong.
The new area will be located at the edge of Adventure Bay, a versatile 70,000 cubic meter body of water that will serve as a unique entertainment venue with a 360-degree viewing platform. This body of water will be accompanied by a walkable promenade called Adventure Way, which will connect to other lands throughout the park. The upcoming changes will also include Rapunzel's Tangled Spin, a brand-new family-oriented attraction based on the beloved Disney animated film, Tangled.

No specific timeline has been announced for the completion of the Frozen-themed land or the overall transformation.
Disney announced the addition of two new park shows. An all-new musical inspired by Disney Animation's Alice in Wonderland, called Alice & the Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland, is set to debut on May 25th. Towards the end of the year, a brand-new nighttime activation will come to Avengers Campus, combining projections, music and special effects with an all-new storyline featuring both favorite and new-to-Disneyland Paris Marvel characters.
The resort is also undergoing significant growth and renovations. The flagship Disneyland Hotel has recently been renovated. Disney Village, the resort's entertainment district, is also undergoing a complete overhaul, including new retail and dining locations, enhanced landscaping, and more modern-looking facades.
