Having a
Escape Lounges has extended its collaboration with Priority Pass, allowing Priority Pass members to access 10 more of its shared-use airport lounges throughout the United States, including the Escape Lounge at Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR). This was announced on the third-party lounge company's website.
Escape Lounges are typically located in smaller to mid-sized airports. Now, Priority Pass members can enter these lounges with a confirmed airline ticket in any fare class at the specified locations:
- Bradley International Airport (BDL)
- Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)
- John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH)
- Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP)
- Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP)
- Oakland International Airport (OAK)
- Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) at Terminal 3
- Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD)
- Sacramento International Airport (SMF) at Terminal A
- Sacramento International Airport (SMF) at Terminal B

While Priority Pass typically grants access to a wide range of airport lounges, there are a few exceptions to this rule. Priority Pass holders won't be able to enter the Escape Lounges located in Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Palm Beach (PBI), Phoenix (PHX) at Terminal 4, and Reno (RNO), even with the recent partnership update.
Previously, access to Escape Lounges was limited to those with an eligible American Express Platinum card or by purchasing a single-use pass, which starts at $32.
Priority Pass remains one of the most comprehensive lounge membership programs, providing access to over 1,300 locations around the world. What's more, Priority Pass is a complimentary benefit included with many premium travel rewards cards from various banks, such as Capital One, Chase, and Citi. This includes popular options like the Chase Sapphire Reserve and Capital One Venture X Rewards credit card.
Escape Lounges, while often smaller than the average airport lounge, offer high-end amenities, including made-to-order food and beverages. Based on capacity, travelers can enter these lounges up to 3 hours before their scheduled departure.
