The US government is embarking on a summer road trip to make it easier for first-time passport holders to complete their applications.
Continuing the State Department's "Special Passport Acceptance Fairs" – a program designed to expedite the passport processing times for first-time applicants – the agency has recently announced a new set of dates through July 6th.
These activities will occur in different states, such as Arizona, California, Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, and South Carolina. These events are usually hosted at post offices, community centers, or libraries.
It's important to note that these events are exclusively for new passport applications, and not for renewals.
